The Total fee of the above course is payable under:-

If the Fee is not paid upto the last day of month the name of the student shall be struck off from the institute and she will not be entitled to any refund of fee or any amount in any circumstances. Re-admission fee shall be Rs. 100/-

Medium

The Medium of teaching of the above course will be in Hindi/English Language. The Students are allowed to choose any medium for the Examination but it should be mentioned earlier in the Examination Form. Separate English medium sections are proposed in case the number of english medium students becomes 35 in one section. For english medium teaching monthly Fee shall be Rs. 250/- or 300/- per student.

Final Examination

The Final Examination will be held in April/May every year. After the success in the Examination the certificates and mark-sheets of the said course are issued to successful students.

Important Notice

1. Candidate seeking admission to this course is advised to consult this prospectus & it's general rules & have to follow these strictly. If a student does not follow the rules and regulations of the Institution and misbehaves with the students or staff members or adopts illegal methods or anti-institute activities, she will be liable to strict disciplinary action culminating into rustication.

3. In case of dispute, if any, Lucknow Court shall be the Jurisdiction.

Attendance , Absence Fine & Re-Admission Fee

1. As regular attendance is an important requirement for successful results. A previously written application for leave must be submitted well in advance in case of illness and other unforeseen circumstances, the guardian should inform the principal in writing as soon as possible.

2. A minimum attendance of 75% of the total working days is required during the academic year.

3. The name of any student who is absent for 30 days without leave shall be struck off. On re-admission, fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged.

4. A student whose name has been habitually late or persistently careless or undisciplined may not be readmitted in the school.

5. It is advisable to ensure that a student is not disturbed during the examination days and is not asked to attend the family functions.

6. No student can leave the school premises without the permission of the principal.
