Administrative Pattern

We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves for imparting N.T.T to women at various districts in the state of U.P./M.P./RAJASTHAN since last eighteen years.
Thousands of students are trained through Practical & Theoretical Knowledge of N.T.T. every year in which about 80% of our students have already been appointed in Nursery schools or in Central School for Teaching in modern times. The women have got a significant role in nation building. Keeping in view the factor, we are making our all possible efforts by imparting this training to make women independent, which is also a basic need in this modern time. All India Teachers Vocational Training is the first organization to develop the teacher's training of all the system available in the country. The Society has developed its teacher's training program and national application for the progress of the women and children. The introduction of the program can be done in the following steps:
(A) Planning of the Program:
A well planned Educational Program is needed for the service of community. The planning must have following criteria-
1. It must be meainingful.
2. It must have useful contents.
3. It should be easy, cheap. Acceptable and implementable.
4. It must be beneficial to mass is form of reliefs of sufferings.
5. It must be self-employment oriented.
6. The plan must be on favor of traditional system of the area, zone or country.
7. The plan must be flexible having provision for addition and subtraction of points.
Once the planning has been properly framed, it can implemented for the benefit to teachers training in all over India.
(B) Implementation of the program:
Once the program has been planned properly the next step is its effective implementation. This nationwide education program can be implemented by:
1. By Semi Government Provision
2. By Privatization
1) By Semi Government Provision
The program shall be partly helped by the Government and partly by its own developed resources and should be managed in such a way that Government must have its upper hand on the program. The society will be supported by the Government. The government will implement the program on the criteria of Semi-Government provision with little alteration. The brief features of this type of implementation are:-
a. It will be partly supported by Government.
b. The teachers will be employed by the Society under permission and intimation to the Government.
c. The Society will prepare its needs (Employees, Staffs, building and equipments etc.. and will submit the demand to the Government and the Government will accord their sanction and will make the necessary arrangement for fulfillment of the requirements.
d. Government will accept the programme of teachers training.
e. The government of teacher's training will be arranged by the Society.
f. The Government will recognize such students, who passed the teachers training for the service.
g. At least 60% institutions and its part will be developed by the Government and remaining parts will be developed and managed by the Society.
2) By Privatization
This is another way for implementing Education Program in our country. There are many private institutions of teachers training in India whose performance are better than the government institutions and the government admits this facts also in India, the National Council of Teachers Education, New Delhi is also making their mind to develop such programes privately due to some of the following few reasons:-
a. Lack of funds with the government.
b. Presence of union/politics in the institutions to less constructive and more destructive activities.
c. Lack of confidence in the government program by the people.
d. Developing indiscipline and other social stigmas.
(C) SUPERVISION OF THE PROGRAM
Supervision is the most important step after implementation of program for its proper success. The result of efforts will be assessed, and if there is any lacking at any level or any requirement at any level, it will be deleted or added in the program to get more and more better results. The activities of Nursery Teacher's Training Program (N.T.T.P.) will be supervised at three levels :-
1) At Higher Level :
a. By the Government through the Society.
b. By Nursery Teachers Training University (N.T.T.U.)
c. By Special Director General, Research and National Program.
2) At Lower Level :
a. By Zonal Directors
b. By Directors
c. By any official from higher level with co-operation and coordination of the lower level.
3) Supervision:
a. Proper Teachers Training of various systems.
b. Development of own natural resources and traditional systems.
c. Welfare and benefits of poor Teachers.
d. Extension of Teacher's all over India.
(D) Monitoring of the Program:
Proper monitoring of any program is the sky to success of the program. The monitoring is based on:
1. Frequency of Monitoring.
2. Duration of Monitoring.
3. Honesty in Monitoring.
4. Quality of Personnel involved for Monitoring.
The Monitoring is such point where both faces of program supervision and corrective action is based.
The suggested pattern of monitoring by the Society are:
a. Quarterly.
b. Half Yearly.
c. Annually.
In all cases, the decision should be made immediately and a corrective action be taken as soon as possible by an appropriate authority of the Society.
(E) Corrective Actions :
Any steps found unsuitable or unfavorable should be rejected and necessary suitable and favorable steps should be added through proper channels. Any suggestion in regard to development of the program, in the interest of Nursery teachers training all over India is always welcomed.
Types of Corrective Actions :
The corrective action will be two types:
1. Immediate Corrective Action.
2. Delayed Corrective Action.
1) Immediate Corrective Action:
It is action taken on spot of supervision by authority under intimation to the society.
2) Delayed Corrective Action
This type of action is taken after proper monitoring and discussion at higher level. It takes time to come at the level of implementation, but should be within four weeks of supervision.
